 Todd focuses his practice primarily in real estate, estate planning, business entities, general civil practice, and is the Assistant Pope County Attorney. Todd is a native of Alexandria, Minnesota, having grown up on the family dairy farm. Todd is a 1991 graduate of Mankato State University, Mankato, Minnesota. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law, Grand Forks, North Dakota in 1994. Todd is licensed in Minnesota and North Dakota. Prior to joining the firm in 1996, Todd was the Moorhead City Prosecutor. He serves as Assistant City Attorney for Glenwood, Minnesota and Assistant Pope County Attorney. He is active in the community serving in Glenwood Rotary, the Glenwood Public Library Foundation, and is currently the Alexandria Airport Manager.
