Areas of Practice

 Neil focuses his practice in guardianships/ conservatorships, real estate, estate planning, business entities, and general civil litigation. As Assistant Glenwood City Attorney he also prosecutes misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor crimes occurring within the Glenwood City limits. Neil grew up in Lowry, Minnesota, and graduated from Minnewaska Area High School. Neil went on to graduate cum laude from the University of St. Thomas. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law, Grand Forks, North Dakota in 2007. While in law school, Neil and his partner won the 2005 Moot Court Competition and also finished runner up in the 2007 Carrigan Cup trial competition.
