The law offices of Obenland & Roth are located on the shores of beautiful Lake Minnewaska in the central Minnesota community of Glenwood.

Obenland & Roth has been a stable, reliable provider of quality legal services since the office was started in Glenwood by Norvell Callaghan in 1938.

The office was closed for four years while Mr. Callaghan was in active service during the Second World War. Upon his return from military service, Mr. Callaghan was joined in his practice by Howard Groven. In 1962, the firm again expanded with the addition of C. David Nelson. The firm’s tradition as a stable provider of quality legal services has continued with the addition of current partners Bruce Obenland in 1972, Todd Roth in 1996, and associate Neil Nelson in 2007.

Our continuity assures our clients of an attorney/client relationship that is conscientious, personal, and professional.

A large part of our long term success in being a stable and reliable provider of legal services rests with our legal assistants, Judy Anderson, Tina Peterson and Mary Kay Palmer.  Their dedication and professionalism has been pivotal to our success as a firm and enables us to provide the best quality legal services to our clients.
